This scholarship established in James Wagner’s memory exists to carry that legacy forward. It is designed to support aspiring pilots who share his work ethic, humility, and love of flight—individuals who may need a helping hand to continue their training, just as Jim so often provided to others. Through this scholarship, future pilots will be given opportunity, encouragement, and belief—the very values Jim lived by every day.

The application window for this scholarship is from April 1st-30th of each year. 

After submission, applicants will be notified no later than the 15th of May each year.
